It's Always Better Outside

We had a decent practice last weekend at the Boxing Resource Center in Nashville. It seems like whenever we kick outdoors we always have more people than indoors. I don't blame anyone, it seems like natural human instinct to stay home when it's cold outside & the weather is crap. So we only had 4 people turn out, lowest showing of the year I believe. We played several net games & shredded afterwards. Justin said he had never actually played 4-square, so we had to throw down. As usual Andrew won, but he always wins at squares. Could Andrew Coleman actually take down Steve Goldberg?

Hi all, Check out the 4-square sub forum on modified for tips strategies and ideas for rules to throw into a game to spice things up. As an alternative, you can play 2 square with rules similar to net.
-Still no spiking, though
-plane rule similar to net
-3 contact max
-back and sidelines are considered "in"
-serve as you would in net, kicking from behind the back line (no hand tossing)
-serve has to be at least waist high, all normal passes have to be knee or above
-rally scoring
